Tourist information
To help you organise your holiday, we have a tourist information area in the Family Room. We’re available every day to give recommendations, answer your questions or make a reservation for you. Every Sunday, we have a welcome cocktail with our local partners and we give a presentation on the area and the not-to-be-missed activities.

Biker friendly
Have you ridden along the gorges of the Loire River by motorcycle? Then you passed by CosyCamp! All the roads of Haute-Loire are superb, and the landscape changes every 20 km: plains, gorges, mountains, plateaus, valleys … impressive!

Travelling as a group? Discover our Garden Room. Located in the Fragrant Garden, it opens onto the surrounding nature. Equipped with a kitchen and a wood-burning stove, you’ll also have a direct and private access to the Roman Bath.
Of course, we have a closed garage for your motorbikes and an area for drying in case of a downpour. We can recommend local services (mechanics, dealerships, gas stations, etc.). We have a cleaning station and a repair workshop, and since you won’t have a lot of room in your luggage, we can provide convenience items (sunscreen, sewing kit, first aid kit, etc.)
We can also lend you motorcycle road books and detailed maps of the region.
Luggage trolleys
CosyCamp is 100% car-free. For your arrival and departure, you can borrow a luggage trolley at the entrance for your bags and groceries.
Restaurant
Open from 15 June to 15 September. The restaurant is open daily in July and August for dinner. For lunch, we have open-faced sandwiches and salads.

Wellness massages

The wellness massages are to be paid directly to our partner, “Une pause en soi”.
Electric vehicle charging stations
2 charging stations for our customers with electric cars. A station for Tesla cars and a station for other types of electric cars equipped with a type 2 power point (European standard). Free access for customers of the campsite.
Equipment loan
Canoes and children’s bikes are available free of charge for our customers. We can also lend you games, books, grills, etc. All without a deposit: we have confidence in our guests.
Additional services
Bed linens (€10 per person) and baby equipment kits (€30 per week) including a bathtub, folding crib and high chair. You can also hire a small barbecue to use on your pitch as well as metal tables and chairs.
Cleaning services for accommodations
Hotel services: let us take care of cleaning your rental accommodation. We leave the kitchen area and the dishes to you.

Accessibility
Built in 2013, CosyCamp adheres to all standards for disabled access. All our buildings are accessible, and we have several accessible showers and toilets which are also practical for families with young children. The swimming pool has an access ramp to the water, and we have a cottage with two accessible bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
Toilet blocks
3 new, modern sanitary facilities are spread throughout the campsite. They are equipped with toilets, children’s toilets and sinks, family showers and hair dryers. For your convenience, we have a baby area with a bathtub and changing station. One of the toilet blocks is heated during the off season. Hot showers are free of charge, and cleanliness is a top priority.
Launderette: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Campfires and barbecues
Fires are permitted at CosyCamp in designated areas. We provide wood free of charge. There are also areas with shared barbecues.
Fresh bread daily
Baguettes, croissants and pains au chocolat. Order the previous day before 6:30 p.m. and pick them up beginning at 8:15 a.m.
Outdoor games
Available free of charge: play areas for children and a small treetop adventure trail, football pitches, volleyball, ping pong and pétanque.
Strong box
Entrust us with your valuables for some peace of mind. Information at reception.
Launderette
2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers are available 24/7.
